1. You should agree to make an unboxing video. Without this we will not be liable for any damages if any. Please make sure that you don't stop filming until all the wrapping is off the product and until you try the product.
  2. If any issue, it should be reported within first 48 hours of delivery.
  3. If Prepaid please make the entire payment.
  4. If COD you need to pay 200/- as a Order Confirmation Amount.
  5. For example, if your bill is 2000/-, you will pay 200/- now & 1800/- on delivery.
  6. The reason why we take 200/- advance is if in case     you don't accept the COD parcel, we will be             charged RTO (return to owner charges)
  7. We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. In    case of any delay, please feel free to contact our support team
  8. Tracking ID is provided within 24hrs after dispatch.
  9. We Accept Exchange or Replacement If there will     be any issues with the Product.  Note : No Refunds.
  10. I am your first line of support. Even if there is any    delivery issue contact me. If because of you not        informing me the product is returned, you need to     pay for redelivery.
